Shopping here is really easy. Hopefully we can answer some of your Questions?

❉ NEW Customers, and how do I order? 

If you are a new customer and you want to make a purchase, you can either create an account (to make it easier to order next time you visit us) or just check out as a guest. Don't try to "login" if you don't have an account, it won't work.

1. Just find the first item you want to order enter the desired quantity and then click on "Add to cart" (this is a big black rectangle button, you can't miss it). This will add the item(s) to your cart, and you will see your cart updated at the top right hand corner of your screen. .

2. If you want to add other items to your cart, just click on any of the links at the top of the page to go back to the shopping pages. Just continue shopping and adding items to your cart until you are ready to check out. When you are ready, just click on the cart tool at the top right of the page and it will take you to your cart. All the items you entered should be there.

3. If everything is correct just click the "Checkout" button.  Add your contact e-mail and your billing and shipping information. (If they are the same, just enter your billing information and we will also ship there. If they are different, uncheck the box at the bottom and then enter your shipping address). When this is done, click the black "Continue to next step" button.

4. Choose your "Shipping method" from the menu, and then select a "Payment option". We accept PayPal (you can use your credit card at PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account), check or money order (this may delay your shipment), or you can pay with your credit card directly. We use Shopify secured payments (c/c is processed through the secured Shopify payment gateway and we never get to see your card)

5. Then press "Complete my purchase" and you are done.

6. Congratulations! You should receive an order confirmation and if you paid by a method other than PayPal or credit card, instructions on how to make your payment. An e-mail confirmation will soon follow. Please keep it for your records. (Make sure you check your spam folder, since your computer doesn't know us it might put it there by mistake).

You will also be asked if you want to create an account to make it easier to checkout next time you visit us.

7. If you want to go back to our shop and look around some more, just click on the BlueRoomPottery… plus (+) link just below the "Yes, create my account" button.

 

❉ When will my order ship? How long will it take for me to get it?

Check the listing you are ordering. It should specify either "In Stock" or "Made to Order".

"In stock items" should ship within 1-2 business days. "Made to Order" items should specify an estimate of production time. This is an estimate only and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the work.

In general:
US orders shipped by Priority Mail take 2-3 days to be delivered,
US First Class shipping takes 3-5 business days
and US Parcel Post takes 3-9 business days.

All USA shipments are shipped with a tracking number which you should receive by e-mail when your order ships. Insurance is NOT included unless specified in your order. Contact us if you wish to add insurance at your own expense.

❉ Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do, with the exception of a few international destinations including some countries in Asia. Contact us if you have any questions.
