A happy busy bee buzzes around this happy yellow amber "Beehive" yarn bowl. But don't worry, this is a friendly bee, she only wants to help you with your knitting project. I made this on my potter's wheel, and cut out the bee design by hand while still unfired.

It is approx. 5 1/2 - 6 inches wide and 3 3/4 inches tall.

This lovely yarn bowl is made on the wheel and glazed with a beautiful crocus yellow shiny glaze, and a watery speckled blue-grey glaze dripping like honey all around the lip. Very smooth to the touch.

This is one of our smaller crochet / knitting bowls, although it is as large as many other potter's regular knitting yarn bowls.

Just place the yarn ball in the yarn bowl and pull the thread through the slot as you knit. Yarn bowls keep the ball from rolling across the floor, out of your kitty's playful paws, and it will twist and turn in the bowl as it gets unraveled while you knit! Cute and Dreamy and useful too!
